In this course, students will review the digital retail inventory management processes and methods used to keep track of stock and inventory. These methods control ordering, shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, retail turnover, and storage. Also, students will analyze the skills, tools, and resources required for effective inventory management, as well as strategies for keeping inventory current. In addition, students will learn different ways to identify and mitigate inventory management challenges and risks to support a retail organization's profitability.
