The Business Plan Strategy course offers students the opportunity to apply their entrepreneurial knowledge by developing a comprehensive business plan. Throughout the course, students will focus on key areas such as defining the business offering, conducting market analysis, designing a marketing strategy, developing financial projections and establishing an operational structure that supports scalability. The course culminates in a cohesive, strategic business plan designed for future implementation, serving as a roadmap for business growth and attracting potential stakeholders. Must have completed at least 102 hours toward the program.
