Amanda is passionate about health and wellness. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Public Health, Amanda has a goal to change lives for the better.

She enjoys addressing issues that affect the community, helping people improve their health, fitness, and habits, and seeing how that translates into better lives.

Amanda always wanted to go to college, but had to consider her husband’s Navy deployments and relocations. Enrolling enabled her to do both.

Getting Started

A friend recommended AMU and the online classes fit perfectly into her military family life.

Transfer Credit

Transferring credits from online classes, summer classes, and in-person classes was very easy.

Flexibility

AMU gave Amanda the flexibility to continue studying while raising a family as her husband was deployed in the Navy.
American Military University helped me to achieve my goal because it was so flexible. I was able to take classes while I was working, while I was raising my son, and really change what every single semester looked like.
